The GlycanTrigger Project is hiring a Research Technician to join the team at i3S – Institute of Health Innovation and Research. The selected candidate will be involved in “multi-omic” data analysis of imaging mass cytometry and spatial transcriptomics.


  • Master’s degree in Life and Health Sciences related with Computational Biology; Biochemistry; Biology; Mathematics, with a minimum grade equal to or higher than 15/20 (Mandatory)
  • Previous experience in computational biology and data analysis
  • Knowledge of R and Python programming languages
  • Expertise in mass cytometry imaging, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, microscopy, and relevant bioimaging techniques, cellular and molecular biology.
  • Publications in the field will be an advantage.

The anticipated start date of the contract is January 2024
