The GlycanTrigger team has been actively participating in major scientific events throughout the second half of 2024.
Salomé Pinho attended the IBD Retreat Meeting at Mount Sinai in New York City in June and the Glyco-core Symposium on July 16th at Nagoya University, Aichi, Japan, where she engaged with global experts in glycobiology and IBD research.
Eduarda Gomes, Cláudia Rodrigues, and Joana Gaifem represented the project at the 7th European Congress of Immunology from September 1st-4th, 2024, in Dublin, one of the most highly-regarded international conferences in the field of basic and clinical immunology. Additionally, Inês Alves and Salomé Pinho participated in the Human Glycome Project meeting on October 23rd-24thin Slipt, Croatia.
These events highlight the team’s dedication to advancing research in glycans, disseminating the project, and strengthening international collaborations.
